Everyone is working solely for getting the patient better, getting the patient home and working to please the patient and I think that’s everyone’s main goal here. So I think it’s very easy to work here because we all have that same goal.

It’s the place you want to be, it’s friendly, the atmosphere is great, you would want to come to work everyday. The pay is great, you are in a friendly environment and we get to work with great staff.

There is growth in this organization because after a short period of time here I am now acting as a assistant lead person on a weekend and that motivate me because I get comfort from the work that I do, that’s why I recommend to people this organization is always for growth.

I use this facility, it’s not like I come here to work, this is someplace that I’ve had my children, I’ve had my parents ill here and just the true camaraderie and the true expertise that goes on between these walls, not only here but Atlanta Pride marks down as well, makes me feel comfortable.

What made me to choose and come to Morristown Memorial Hospital was the fact that it’s over 650 beds. It’s a major trauma center. There is numerous opportunities for my growth and development here. The hospital offers tuition reimbursement programs, which I am taking advantage of by getting my masters degree. It allows for me to take time off when I want to travel.

I think this is an excellent hospital, it’s growing beyond leaps and bounds and not only is it a huge facility with state of the art equipment and people but it’s a very family like feel. It’s, it feels like community hospital but it’s really the state of the art institution and that’s what I love is that everybody keeps the family like feel here.

It’s really great to be a part of the team that you can really speak about and just praise really, and working here, you really are part of the team. All levels of staff whether it be security, environmental services, clinical staffs, they really all work together to make the patient experience positive from when they walk in the door to when they leave and it’s really nice to be a part of something like that.

In community healthcare that’s in, we are the closest thing that can be from a profit, from a non-profit organization as a public health. And is, that’s our purpose to helping the community.

They promote learning for me, which is very important. I have always wanted to go back for my bachelors, which they allowed me to do with the, on tuition reimbursement and after I did the bachelors I decided to keep on going for the masters. So they really promote learning.

It continues to grow and it’s like a very big family and we all strive to work together as a team and it’s nice to be part of a team, and have a homely from home.
